Allow me to introduce myself - my name is Zeel and I'm a medical school graduate that is currently in New York Center during this unique time in history. Socially distancing in my studio with my fiancé in these unprecedented times has allowed me a unique luxury - time.

I've always loved to write and never quite got the chance to do so while going through the years of rigorous medical studying. Having completed medical school and currently in the process of residency Match - I have the chance to actually get back to the hobbies I had prior to pursuing my medical dreams.

Because I am unable to physically be in the hospital and be on the front lines myself, I realized that I could still contribute by tapping into my favorite hobby - writing. As an individual with medical training, I can do my part in some way by summarizing the medical literature into something perhaps useful for those busy on the front lines as well as those with a keen interest in medicine. A "Sparknotes" for medical literature if you will. Links to full articles will be attached so that if the article summary is relevant to you - you may read the full article for more details.

Until the next post - signing off.
